No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds Policy
Due to us being a small family company, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless your creation is damaged in transit, see our no return policy for details. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Reasons for this policy:
- Small family company: As a small family company we are trying to keep cost down, upgrade services and equipment. This helps us grow and provide better services and products to our customers in the future.
- Handcrafted Uniqueness: Each product is carefully and individually crafted, making it one-of-a-kind.
- Support for Artisans: This policy helps manage costs and ensures the sustainability of the craft, allowing the offering of unique, handcrafted items.
Exceptions:
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
If a damaged item is received:
- Contact the seller via email at: info@moltenrivercreations.com within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos along with any other evidence of the damage.
- The situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed damaged on arrival a resolution will be arranged as per applicable consumer protection laws. Resulting in a refund of the purchase price of the creation but not the shipping cost.
