Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of the products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

If a damaged item is received:

• Contact the seller via email at: info@moltenrivercreations.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. 
• Provide clear photos or other evidence of the damage.
• The situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed damaged on arrival a resolution will be arranged as per applicable consumer protection laws.
